Do you have a distribution center in Europe or the US?
There are plans for global expansion and distribution, but nothing definite yet at this time. All orders are currently being shipped out from our fulfillment center in Australia.
What if an item is out of stock?
Some items are so popular that they sell out right away! If WW plans on restocking the item, you will be able to request a notification for when it’s back in store. If you can’t find an item at all, that means that it’s no longer available.
For additional information about a specific product, fill out a contact form with the item name and number. A Wicked Weasel representative will reach out to you about your query as soon as possible!
We also encourage you to keep an eye out on our eBay store where many rare and discontinued pieces are featured.
How do I cancel or modify an order?
You have 24 hours to make changes to your order. To do so, please contact customer service with your order number and your requested changes as soon as possible.
After 24 hours, WW can no longer guarantee your request because it may already be dispatched, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
How do I purchase in bulk for retail resales?
We currently do not offer wholesale or an affiliate/franchise program. However, we will forward your request to our management team for consideration. Please contact our customer service representatives with your order requirements, email address and other contact information.
Shipping & Returns
How do I return or exchange an item?
Wicked Weasel items have a 100-day guarantee! To start a return or exchange, you have two options:
You can complete a return or exchange through your online account. Click on the return/exchange icon next to the relevant order.
If you would like to receive your exchange item/s sooner, you are welcome to place a new order on our website for them. Don’t forget to note in the comments section that the order is for “quick exchange”.
Once your return has been received, we will issue a refund for the unwanted item/s and for the standard freight charge on your quick exchange order.
Note that when you ship your returned item, please make sure to include the invoice, packing slip, and a note with any instructions regarding your return/exchange details. It can take up to seven business days for your return or exchange to be fully processed.
What is your return policy?
If you have a problem with a product from our selection, please contact support@wickedweasel.com to determine if you are eligible for a replacement, refund, or store credit. Please include photos of the item and the issue.
Items that are not eligible for return include:
- Used/Worn Items
- Items with Tags Removed
- Customized Items (Unless Faulty)
- Giveaways
- Promo Items

How can I find out the status of my order if the tracking is not showing?
It may take a few days for the order status to change or the tracking number to update. If you need immediate assistance, you can reach out to the Wicked Weasel customer service team by phone or email.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item or a faulty item?
WW does its best to ensure you’re getting the right products. If there’s an error in your order, you can start the return/exchange process. Please send an email to support@wickedweasel.com with photos of the product and a detailed description of the problem. You’ll get confirmation on whether you will receive a refund, exchange, or straight return.
Will I have to pay customs?
Duty and customs fees are dependent on the trade agreements between your country and Australia. Some countries have free trade agreements with Australia, including:

If your country isn’t on this list, you will have to look up customs and fees independently.
My gift certificate/store credit isn’t working.
There are two reasons your gift certificate may not be working: it’s expired or you’re trying to purchase a promotional item.

How do I find my Wicked Weasel size?

What are the measurements of this garment?
Since every product is a little different, you can find precise measurements in the sizing chart on each product’s page. Size charts also include conversions for bra cup sizes.
Are your bikinis lined or do they become see-through when wet?
Some WW bikinis are meant to become sheer when wet, but others offer lined options in the tops and bottoms section. Find the option that says “lined” and select it before adding it to your cart.

Can you bring back this style/fabric/color?
Wicked Weasel is constantly innovating to bring you new styles, colors, and fabrics. While some popular styles are occasionally brought back, WW’s focus is on designing fresh looks and starting new trends.
Can I have this item customized?
Only certain styles can be customized. In addition, all customizations are subject to fabric availability.
