Cannot browse products

Whilst browsing the shop section of the website you will need to have javascript and session cookies enabled. Internet Explorer 6 users can achieve this by setting Security AND Privacy to default levels. Doing this will enable our system to hold your shopping cart / basket contents.

To change these settings open your browser and click the word "Tools" on the menu bar then "Internet Options". The relevant tabs should now be visible. For those needing assistance email us for more detailed instructions.

Credit card declined - cannot place order

Customers experiencing difficulty with the shopping cart may use our alternative secure web page here to place orders with us. Note the items required in the comments box, including colour, size etc and submit your order, and we will process it manually.

We have tried to make our shop as accessible as possible, but we have to admit there may be issues with less common browsers. We apologise if this has been a problem for you.
