Import duty and taxes may be payable on your order. Please check with the Customs Department in your country for rates and limits before placing an order.
From a recent EU survey we understand that around 20% of orders under AUD $300.00 (~USD 284) will incur extra charges. Some countries like Canada tax a higher percentage whilst others such as the US are far more reasonable.
In an attempt to make it fairer, Wicked Weasel will supply a gift voucher to the value of taxes and duty paid on any order under AUD $300.00 (~USD 284) (excluding freight).
Login to your account to lodge a claim. Select the relevant order and upload a copy of the official customs receipt(s). A clear photo from your mobile phone will do. Alternatively you can post or fax a copy to our office.
Larger orders are more likely to attract extra charges therefore customers should make multiple orders under AUD $300.00 (~USD 284) to take advantage of our offer.
This offer is valid for orders dated from 13 Apr 2010.
Please provide your proof of duties paid within 28 days.
Please ensure official receipt(s) quote wicked weasel, your order number or shipping reference number.
This offer may be withdrawn or amended at our discretion.
Shipping charges
We offer flat rate shipping for all orders.
Orders are sent in plain packaging with our postal return address as the only identifying marks. Contents are described as ‘swimwear’ for customs purposes.
Despatch lead times
CURRENT DESPATCH LEAD TIME: 1-5 business days
This is the time from when we receive your payment to when it is despatched. It varies according to demand and stock levels.
Australian Air Express orders are despatched within one business day.
